I mean they make airplane engines for Gods sake so they know their stuff, and that is what you pay for.
If you want to buy camshafts from an old and reputable engine company, buy camshafts from Cosworth. They build engines for F1 and Champ Car, so they know what they are doing when it comes to engines. The Cosworth Evo 9 MIVEC camshafts are only $600 not $1,200 like the HKS ones. I am almost certain that the power gains from both companies will be about the same, but Cosworth is half the price. In my opinion Cosworth is better than any JDM engine builder.

Another thing to take note of about Cosworth is that they make pistons for JUN. JUN is the premier engine builder in Japan. If JUN needs Cosworth to make their pistons, that must mean that Cosworth knows something that JUN does not when it comes to building engines.

Buying $1,200 camshafts that performs just as well as $600 camshafts is highly illogical. The only reason why you would want to buy something expensive is to say, "look at me, I'm a big baller!"

we will just have to wait and see until they are offically released. Cosworth is a great company and so is GSC, but i'm just waiting to have different options to choose from. Also, I would like to see a comparison between all of them.
