Yeah thats cool.

As long as you have a laptop..

The tactrix cable plugs into the OBD2 port below your right knee (while sitting in drivers seat) Along with another plug right beside it. Thats all you need.

It takes more $$/sensors to log boost/wideband AFR and EGTs, though.
