big problem with boost! plz help!

ok so today i had licp, fmic, forge mbc, fuel pump, bushcur upper intercooler pipe flanged for the forge 1g dv, and the buschur intake with filter installed on my car. the car is not tuned, it is still on the stock maps which i am changing in a few weeks but here is my question.

i was driving on the free way and in fifth gear i cannot hold boost worth a sh**. at around 5-10 psi the dv starts chattering and my boost wont hold at all. do i need to put in the extra spring that the dv came with or do i need to do something else???
also the intake makes an annoying sucking sound that sounds like darth vador breathing. am i stuck with that? is that what all intakes sound like?
well thanks for the help and i hope i can get this all fixed before my tune next week.
i only posted this since buschur is closed at this time at night but i will give them a call tomorrow if i dont get an answer.

Intake noise is there to stay, get a tune before you break somthing, if your not getting past 5-10 PSI of boost, something is wrong, because the stock wastegate is sprung at 12 psi.

boost leak probably, and how is your MBC hooked up now. Are you using a T off your BOV?

Do a boost leak test. Very easy to do and will get you ready for your tune.

there are no boost leaks, does anyone have the forge 1g dv that buschur sells and flanges to their uicp, it came with 3 springs and i am assuming that i am just using the wrong spring, what spring should i use their is a red blue and green i think???,
mbc is not hooked up to a t off of my dv...
