Perhaps you could have put a a "Does anybody have", b/c your title implies you already have the images.

What FMIC are you interested in? I can help you out with this to tell you the fin configuration of the core internal and external.

Buschur uses an external split fin (louver design) with an internal bump fin.
I believe AMS uses the same. I know that BR was using Garret cores, and again I believe AMS is using the same core.

Nisei Engineering has a new fin design in their comp core.
the street core was a split square fin internally and externally both dense thats why there was so much pressure drop on the core reported.

Spearco uses a split external fin and a bump internal fin as well

Not sure what turbo XS uses
I can find all the info out though

Check the eBay intercooler thread, they have internal pics and observations. The eBay FMIC is actually QUITE nice

Funny, I was going to start this very same thread. I have been thinking that maybe the dense split fin cores may be too restrictive. At least for the long core (24-28inch) designs. I heard that BR cores are garrett cores. The garrett core that slowboy uses is a bump fin design. very open looking inside. So I cut open the stock IC to its design and found it is not split fin design.

Here is a pic of the stock cooler. Not split fin design. Runners are narrow but have a nice little velocity stack.
Next up is e-bay AMS copy. 15 row version. There is also a 17 row vesion, but I haven't seen that one yet. This is the split fin design. Air is not getting through this core without heating up the turbulators. But are split fins needed on the inside? Is it too much restriction?
Next is slowboy racing cooler. 18 rows. Non split fin design. very similiar to factory core , just bigger. What you cant see in the pics is the turbulators have bumps on them. And the bumps are offset between rows. This makes the air snake back and forth as it travels through the tubes. Thus the name W.A.V.E. (spearco core)
Next XS engineering core. Unique core design I like . Very dense fins but not restrictive splin fin design. Also has nice little velocity stacks around the tubes. I mention this because bar and plate have wicked corners for the air to go around. These cores are tube and fin but unique to griffin. Good airflow through the core which is also important so your radiator gets good airflow as well. TTP has this core on the 130mph evo9 turbo wonder. Might be a very good core for its size.

nice post.

I have a turbo xs fmic & it has a split fin design, identical to the ebay/ams copy.

however there are 17 rows of tubes & the tube length's are longer as well, when comparing to teh ebay-ams copy
