evo engine troubles!! please help!
Why is there no warranty? because it was modded already. If so thats bullsh*t they sold you the car and now u smell fuel, I would be asking the service manager what he thinks.... not us.
from what you told the only assumptions are 1. the fuel that you smell indicates that you are running filthy rich, which points to no cat or poked through cat...2. Im positive you dont have a flash and should get at least a base flash from vendors on this forum...3. since you bought the car used and modded, i would check for mods besides the one you listed...such as an upgraded fuel pump...(possible but maybe not)...
--i honestly doubt you have an upgraded turbo and i have seen fuel cut at 16lbs in fourth gear before i got a base flash too so this should be no suprise when you have the car modded

There is no cat on the car so theres one explanation and i am getting a flash probably the same day i go to get dynoed but the turbo is stock ive already checked for that lol and whats the easiest way to check for an upgraded fuel pump?
theres no warranty cause i bought the car in early dec. so it ran out. It was limited which sucks but its to late to complain about that. ........ and what caused that guy to blow up?? just curious but i turned down my boost to be on the safe side.
