Greddy Problems: Profec B Spec II Not Holding Boost

I am really not sure what is going on with my car.

It is an Evo IX

Mods:
Injen Intake and Intercooler Pipping
Greddy Prefec B Spec II
Boost Gauge

After hooking up my Intake and EBC I am now having Boost issues.

The Greddy Noid is Plugged in Using the Right ports on the noid it self. The High Pressure goes to the Nipple the Stock BOV Uses Tied in with the BOV. On the Intake side of that line i also have the Greddy head unit itself plugged in for Pressure reading.

The Acuator side, is of course, plugged right into the Actuator.

Some Questions i have are:
1. When i first setup the Intake/EBC System i plugged the ACuator side Right into the STOCK Rubber line w/ the High Pressure still "T'd" into it as well not knowing what that line went to. After hooking that up i Hooked the True Pressure side up to a Pressure Source. Keep in mind this Set up was ran for a Day with NO POWER to the Greddy head unit as i had not gotten to that since work was early in the morning. W/ that set up (Of course hosed wrong) Held 11psi Solid.

SO MY Question is: Can doing that, Putting Pressure to the Acuator side, Damage the Noid?

2. Once i got Power to the Headunit i then, of course, still had issues w/ boosting. So after looking under the hood and seeing that i had it Hooked up wrong i rehosed the system as Said above.

SO MY Question is: Now that i have it hooked up right w/ power why am i

1stG - WOT - 13psi
2ndG - WOT - 14psi
5thG - 80%T - 60MPH - 3400 RPM - 20psi+ I can hold to Red line No problem.

The Car is not acting like it has a boost leak. More like user error and not knowing to to program the EBC.... Or maybe Harware is not working right.... could i have damaged the Boost noid? My Boost is all over the place. It will Spike 5-7psi. I can have it set to 18psi, spikes to 22 psi and crashes down to 13psi.

Any Ideas would be great. If any of this is unclear Please ask.

make sure you use the one way valves in the kit to keep the pressure where it belongs, there are 2, one one each side of the solenoid box...

Other than that and vacuum tube leaks, I am not sure...

put everything back to zero, and go from there.
Try turning the boost controller off to see if its a leak somewhere or something.

Maybe your gain is too high, causing the boots to overshoot.

yes set everyting to 0 and start from there...0= spring pressure. set all settings to 0 including gain, peak, low, high, warning, peak and start... I had a good time adjusting a profec yesterday.
