Hey trying to find a quick answer... I've searched and haven't found the combo.

I currently have the BR TBE. I have the flanged DP, I just bought the Fujitsubo Catback and now I'm looking for the Ultimate Racing 3" Testpipe. Can anybody confirm if the UR Testpipe will fit the Buschur DP?

I can't confirm, but flanges are flanges. It's rare to find 2 flanged exhaust components for the Evo that won't mate...
