Unhappy Help, RPM DIPPING.

i did search on this but didn't find anything, but after i took off my HKS BOV(i know.. it suck i shoudn't bought that thing) but i had it on for 1 day than took it off and i install my stock one on. after that when i boost and than go for a stop, my rpm would drop all the way to about 500 rpm than it bounce back up and stay idle at 900 rpm, it seems like it would only do it when i get off boost, but it does it sometime when i am not in boost. i went back and retighten everything that i loosen during the installation of the HKS. can anyone help me? thanks in adv.

I would think that your ECU has caliberated itself to compinsate for the HKS a little bit. If I were you disconnect your ECU and connect it after 15 minutes and let it figure out the stock derverter valve is back in,

It might do it for alittle bit, give it a bit of time, and eventually it will get better and better intill you no longer notice it.

Good luck starting the car... You just grounded all the power out of it.. IE it's draining right now. Go disconnect it.

You should have disconnected the BLACK one, NOT the red one. Thats what I do anyway, does it matter? Not sure.

Its not that.^ its probably your Mass Air Sensor. Its probably not working right. I had it on my car for 3 weeks and then switched back to the stock one, but i still had the same problem as you. i just went to the dealership today and they said my MASS AIR SENSOR was faulty. Good thing its getting fixed under warrenty. Go to your dealership and have them check it out. hopefully your car is still stock. well good luck! let me know how it goes.
