Crank pulley

I was wondering if anyone has the generic crank pully off of ebay . Any comments is it worth it or not . Anyone see and real gains from it ??

There's a huge ongoing debate about whether or not a crank pully is good or bad for the Evo.

There's a lot of people who say to not touch the stock one, unless replacing it with a damper like Fluidampr or ATI Super Damper.

Some people say they've used lightened pullies with no ill effects.

The Fluidampr and ATI are heavier than stock and aren't made to be lighter than stock, they are made to absorb engine harmonics. So, not really what your asking about.

If you search you'll find numerous LONG threads about it, and no real evidence either way.

My advice, dont bother with it, the risks outweigh the gains.
