ATP port polish question

Ok I have a ATP GT3076R kit that was on my car when I bought it, isent to bad for a free turbo but I want to optimize it and see my results before going with a diffrent brand.

I am buying a PPI (link in my signature) Exhaust mani (stock ported and polished with a swain coating) that is port/gasket matched to the ATP hotside. Now he has never P/P a ATP hotside and I just wanted to know before disasembly where in that hotside can the material be removed to optimize airflow.

Will eventually be doing a 65mm TB and P/P intake mani.
