Has anyone thought of making their own exhaust or intercooler piping? I was looking at http://www.burnsstainless.com/ and they have various tubing wall thicknesses but I am not sure what is an acceptable gage for exhaust tubing in stainless and intercooler piping in aluminum.

Been using Burns parts for a long time. There is not a lighter muffler available that is not Ti. You get what you pay for with burns. Their collectors are second to none.

I had an exhaust made up by a local shop from the DP back and its great it was cheap as hell and I have made comparable #'s to others with $1000 exhausts, its just not pretty and shiny for the ants to see!
