Wait, maybe my reading comprehension is off today, but you want to port and coat parts that are already coated or do you want to replace coated parts altogether with ported and coated parts? I have a buschur ported hotside and exhaust manifold. My exhaust mani, 02, and hotside are coated. That seems like the generic combo everyone has or recommends. I think porting and coating your Intake manifold would be a waste with the stock turbo.

Your stock turbo is nearly maxed out but you'd still see some gains from porting those three parts, maybe 15-20whp. IMO, porting the intake manifold isnt worth the hassle if youre running the stock turbo, but I'm sure it would still yield minor power gains either way. If your trying to get every last bit of HP out of your car, you should consider ditching the stock airbox for an open intake system or an induction box and getting a set of 720cc injectors. Those parts combined with the ported exhaust manifold, hotside, and FMIC w/piping should give you a decent increase in power.

still many things to do. you don't have upper and lower IC piping. alky, better intake. as well you can have all those things ported and coated to help with temp's and make them flow better. you can always add an aem ems, you can send that evo9 turbo off to buschur an have them convert it to an evogreen (still your stock turbo!) etc. that or you can take that stock manifold off and buy a full-race manifold. theoreticly you should see more gains on the stocker.

What does EFF mean? The FP Green is useless, compared to what? If the guy was to send his IX turbo in and have it converted to Green specs he would get a 20+WHP increase for about the same price as the Full Race manifold, which, granted, is a nice piece, but will only net about an 8 WHP increase over the stock, unported manifold.

So, instead of spending $1000 to upgrade the 9 turbo to an EvoGreen and get 20-30whp, you'd rather spend $1000 and get 8-10whp with the Full Race manifold? Please explain to me how that makes sense.

if you ran a full-race manifold on a bigger turbo, its going to pick up a lot more than "6whp"...

^^ Very true. My comment, at least, was talking about the stocker based upon Buschur's dyno testing.
