I know its a hassle, but instead of *****ing we need to get to the root of the problem.

1. why is the craftsmen ship different
2. why is the bung on the bottom (what car does that one fit on)


If you paid paypal, talk to them. they will lead you in the right direction.

 

It still fits the Evo if you've read a few posts prior. The Invidia has the bung on the bottom also, however it's more of a PITA for install from what I've read. Not sure why they're taking this direction now with the success they had with the 1st batch.

whats the point of this thread? to bash ssautochrome? why not just do the ebay or paypal claim "item significantly not as described" and go on with it? personally, i purchased mine from them and had zero problems with it. beats the hell out of creating a big stink online...

 

I believe the purpose was to warn others about getting the wrong one. I have already filed a claim. So if you buy one- email them saying which one you want so theres no confusion to begin with.

 

Hmm, when i had my 20g9-5 i bought the ssautochrome and it was fine and dandy, i mean i guess i would just make sure the seller is legit, otherwise how else would you know if your getting the craptastic piece?

Well Guys I recieved my o2 yesterday. The SSAC with the bung on the bottom. I actually put it in today. Everything fit well the only problem was that the 02 sensor is hiting the AC Line. Here some pics. URL=http://imageshack.us][/URL]

 

that looks like a POS!! i got mine around December 21, and i got the top picture, excellent piece for the price!!

How much of an issue will that be in the long run??

Yes I Left it on. Everything was fine to put back together. My mechanic told me it looked fine. The welds were good. I dont think itll be an issue in the future. Performance wise It made a little of a difference. I didnt really get on it though. After I put it on I came home. I guess I'll find out today. I plan on putting on my mbc and changing my plugs today.

Yeah, we are questioning why one has the bung on top and the other on the bottom..

Also, why ssautochrome are showing two different pieces on their listing.

And for the post starter. Why he got what he got regardless if he makes a claim or not.
