If you are thinking of getting an 02 housing from ssautochrome right now, cause of there proven performance and cheap price.. Think Again! This is what I got Via Fed ex. I even asked SSAUTOCHROME, Prior to bidding, if I will be getting the Item pictured. COME ON! GET REAL! This is totally out of control! No need to really describe the difference's. The top pic is the Item pictured on Ebay, with the 02 bung up top and two tubes welded an meshed together nicely... and the bottom pic is something found in a scrap metal yard, fell off the truck 4 times, was rewelded by someone with some kind of physical disability and was boxed up and shipped to me with a smile. WTF..

 

hrm.....everyone is going to say you get what u pay for....but...i have no real comments...

lol...you got pwned i would of just gone with buschur racings 02 housing...alot better quality...believe me i got their vband...and talk about some nice welds...what you got are chinese child labor welds not retard welds..a retard would know better...

 

You realize that BR gets there o2 housings on ebay and coats them right? On another note, thats the o2 housing lots of people are running, nothing wrong with it so far.

 

^buschur uses ebay o2 housings. They just ceramic coat theirs. So what you got are chinese child labor welds also.

Just send it back and get the proper one. The one you received is not what was advertised. Contact the seller and ship it back w/ tracking number. Then call your CC company and tell them what happened and provide them with the return tracking number. You are then covered and will get your money back.

yeah i had the same thing happen to me. i ordered through ssauto/xs power and got the one with the 02 mounted on the bottom and xspower/ssauto pretty much ignored my emails about showing a different picture. i ended up getting the upper mounted 02 style one for $60 though through a guy on ebay that goes by the name of ezplus2003 with an edge racing badge on it. after comparing the 2, the biggest difference is that the high mount 02 sensor style has a divided wastegate path and is generally just made way nicer. which makes more power, i don't know.

 

i too, would like to see some shots of the inside. Also, a pic up the collector into the housing would be good.
