Have you called them?

There are many factors that will come into play for turn around.

I.E.

the current work load they have
do they need to reorder parts
someone in the shop calls in sick.

I would just call and talk to them directly that way you get the information you seek from the source and not speculation.

Just my .02 though

I would say call them and see what their work load is looking like. I would say about a 2 week turn around.

hahahaha, are you serious?

I called TRE like 4 times and sent Jon two e-mails and NEVER got a reply. Shep answered the phone every time I called, except once before, during, and after the service. The one time he didn't answer, he called me back.

Makes the decision to go with Shep a no-brainer in my opinion.

I have to attest for Shep, the guy did the best job imaginable on my trans, and he gave me tech support on a rebuild fo the rear diff, which he never touched and just was happy to help me out with. He is the absolute best vendor/service I have Ever dealt with. I recommend him to anyone that needs driveline work.

Shep has always been loved for his customer service, but John at TRE still does a good job despite not being there for customer service.
