Blow by not a huge issue IMO. Going to happen to all vehicles eventually. If you are worried install a catch can.

Sweet that makes me feel a little better. I wonder if it was brought on by a lot of high speed runs last night, cause last time I had the pipe off it was just a little residue, now its a little thicker. Im thinking a catch can is in order.

it is normal, but the oil WILL compromise IC efficiency.

You should clean it out and get a catch can if you want to prevent it from happening again.

i have the same kind of problem. i dont know which catch can to get either. a lot of people say most of them are garbage because they have no filtration systems or anything. which one is the best?warr your input would be great.

Yea unfortunatley blow by is normal for factory turbo vehicles, On the catch can subject. I personally think that any catch can is better than none. I use a JMFabrications one and like it alot..

i know that there are only like 2-3 catch cans on the market that actually work well with some kind of inner filtration system. others are just pretty much a hollow can, and are worthless and a waste of money.

Damn near any catch can will do, just make sure the it is sealed well enough but not too tight and create a small vacuum. I personally like the Weapon R because it sits nicely in the upper strut bar just like it were OEM.. IMO of course... Anyway, running a filter in between and checking after a a few hard runs can help with this as well if you dont want a catch sitting in your engine bay.. good luck

if your valve cover vent isnt routed back into the intake then this wont happen, there for no oil in the intercooler.
