Yep, That was my plan, install the MBC until a standalone ECU that can control the stock boost solenoid becomes available.
I did make an observation since the stock solenoid uses a regulated bleedoff to stabilize boost, that I get some boost spiking STOCK.. it actually goes to about 20psi, then drops to 19.. then falls off to 16.5..

I've ordered the SAFC-II from AMS and their MBC plus the K&N. I imagine all those will go on in due time (ASAP
) I've also ordered a catback from a guy who makes them in Miami. You might be interesed in this... Looks pretty damned good and the price is pretty good too. 3" SS, bolt on, pre-muffler and muffler (straight through design) $480 plus shipping......I'm thinking of putting the EGT sensor in the DP, what do you think??
