IX owners: Who's toasted clutch already?

Just wanted to see who has burned through their IX clutch already. If you could add your major mods and driving style that would be nice. Thanks.

Also, who is still running their stock fuel pump?

Still on stock clutch and I am about to add the ss clutch line to help with a more consistent feel. I am on stock fuel pump, only have TBE exhaust, drop in air filter and MBC ready to be put in and will be tuned in a few weeks. I have only 6400 miles on the car. Drag Raced a few times hope to see lots more time at the strip this spring/summer...

Stock clutch at 12,500 miles. I have a TBE, flash & drop in filter. Ran a few autocrosses and a few track events so far.

buddy did..

We replaced it already to exedy stage 1 and gruppe s flywheel

He had 6K on his.

Numerous drags,,

Clutch had a lot left on it, couldn't really tell the difference in plates..

His flywheel was glazed

We could of actually buffed it out and put it back in and it would of worked fine.

However, when you do that much work, you might as well replace it.

^^please, comming from a newbie....and not all evo owners fry clutches just because they dont know how to drive a 5/6mt. Ive been driving 5/6mt for years, my clutch on the IX went at 2k. Replaced by dealer no charge, have 6k on it now, no prob.

4500 miles, stock as stock gets! A couple drag racing weekends, not my first time around the block either in an Evo...
