possible boost leak...

I've searched and I can't find definate answers.

I installed and Autometer C2 gague and Honestly think the gauge is messed up but I want to make sure. No boost leaks that I can find and no kink in the line running to the boost gauge.

Here is what I get
while under idle no load im getting -19 to -22 VAC
while full gas I'm able to make it up to 19PSI this morning. But it is inconsistant and I sometimes can not pass 10PSI under full gas.
When I let off the gas and just coast im getting up to a -28 VAC
When I run normal i'm pulling between -15 and -5VAC for crusing.

I am able to get Blow off in -7 to 0 VAC

I personally believe it is the gauge because I was able to spike and hold 1.37 - 1.42 bar so I just want to get the opionions of everyone. I'm not sure what our vac is so thats why I am asking. Searching has not specified this. The only good thing to note is I feel no diffrence in the car. To be off by almost 10PSI should show a huge diffrence I would imagine.
