I doubt you lost the pills. They are inside of the stock hoses. You don't need them if you have an MBC, and if you are trying to go back to stock, then just re-install the stock hoses. They wouldn't come out unless you took them out of the hoses.

Just get the boost/vacuum hose assembly for the Evo from your Mitsu dealer. It comes with the pills already in it and I think it only costs about $17.
