Wow this is a great resource, that you very much.

Just to check, you could buy a JDM 9 RS turbo and get it converted into a green correct?

This would give you the green compressor wheel with the TiAl turbine wheel?

That should help spool by a good amount.

In the picture you posted showing the difference in weight between the two turbo's did the lighter one have a magnesium compressor wheel also or was it just a TiAl turbine wheel?

that is the comparo with the mg wheel. the titanium green only spools 200rpm sooner. hardly worth the cost when presented with the price tag.

Dudi: The Green is really about reduced exhaust backpressure. The larger turbine wheel lets the engine breath better, thus improving exhaust scavenging. More better.

Although turbine mass is increased, and thus inertia, this doesn't hurt transient response significantly.

What affect does a ball bearing conversino have?

What about the 4" inlet conversion offered as well.

I know both of them are super expensive I'm just wondering what is their affect.

also note that in japan the 9.8 was available in a single flapper but was a manufacturer's replacement item, it was never installed on any cars out of the factory.
Good info however this statement is incorrect Australian delivered EVOVIII's had 9.8 single flapper.
