High or low boost.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but i have been searching for a while and i cant find anything. All the mbc forums are for either the forge or hallman mbc and with the stock bov. Might point is that i installed a turbo xs mbc with the turbo outlet hose to the bottom and the wastegate actuator hose to the side. I have done over 8 pulls in 3rd gear and all i can get is 10 psi. Then i turn it up a turn which is supposed to yield me 2 psi's and next thing i know my car boost over 25 psi.

It still sucks. There's a reason why your searches show the Forge UNOS and Hallman MBC. I figured that fact would register...
