Most DPs probably offer similar performance increases. Just look for one that is made of T-304 stainless (which most are) and buy from a reputable supplier/tuner.
Intake is another question. You may be interested in it just for sound/looks in which case, selection is entirely individual preference.
If you want the intake for performance, depending on mods already installed, it may not offer any notable increases. Reported increases are minimal until your intake requirements exceed what the factory system is able to supply. If you are just starting, there are other mods that will offer substantially higher gains.
