Timing Belt Noise

Just popped the hood an I heard this squeaking type of sound coming from the timing belt area during idle. It's not that loud yet, but is this a problem or could one occur?

Might be the Tensioner or the Idler bearing. If you decided to do a Timing Belt changed, replace the Tensioner and Idler at the same time.

mine was doing that and did it for some time in my 2003... I ran it till 70k with no issue's i would just make sure it doesnt get any worse... It did go away after i did my timing belt.... I would just pay careful attention to backside of the timing belt and teeth for wear..... Also u may try taking off your accessory belt and start the car to see if the noise is still present.....
