Charging issues!! Any suggestons

Ok so my car is now charging at ~15.5 volts

First problem fixed was the signal wire for the clip had broken due to my positive battery cable putting tension on it. Repaired wire and added length the harness(wiring is prefect).

Second problem is the engine bay fuse box fuse was blown 7.5 amp #12 replaced.

Car is still charging at the high voltage. The only thing I can think of is the internal regulator is bad. But I want some second opinions before I go buy a alternator and do all the work to replace it.

Any Ideas?
