Why the hell would you ever launch at 7k? You will do nothing but break stuff, or break your tires loose. You need to slip the clutch better if your bogging, not raise the rev limiter.

Why would anyone want to do this unless you have a ton of money to throw away on tranny, transfer case, clutches, and axles and even then its pointless

You should really launch at the lowest RPM that you can build boost from and do not bog from consistently

Ask Dan Bajalis I think I seen him do that at Nopi and I think Vegasboy301 helped pushed him out of the lane after he broke his diff then again with all the power that damn car makes he could prob break diffs launching at 500rpms damn I love that car gots to get me more power so I can make babies cry when I drive by like Dan

Ya Dan launches high, but he has to. That 42r probably doesnt hit full spool till 5500 rpm or so hehe. He carries around diffs for a reason, he knows they are the weakest link

Going from 6k stationary to 6.5k also cut a friends 60' from 1.7 to 1.6, but he has a built tranny and tcase so he can do that. I highly doubt a 7k launch would be necessary for anyone not running slicks.

you can launch at 7k all day and not break a thing as long as you have the clutch and talent to launch without shocking the drivetrain. It better be a real good clutch though. I would say a CC or triple carbon that can take all the slipping you,ll be doing in order not to shock the drivetrain.

I just broke both my rear axles from not slipping my clutch enough and more or less dumping her at 8000rpm
