What do i need to take off at 7k rpm ?
I'll give you some tips on doing it, I have plenty of 6500rpm launches with my stock TC.
-Tire pressure (go as low as you can, I run about 20psi)
-Slip the clutch (if you dump it, it's over, trust me)
-Be prepared to get out of it (if it starts hopping and spinning, let it go, it's gonna be a crappy pass anyway)
but the question is....why do you need to launch it that hard? At my power level all I do is spin tires and look stupid bogging 2nd gear. Launch the car where it grips the best, not at a set specific number.

i ran my two step @ about 6800 all last season stock tranny/diffs/axles ect......
it's better for me to spin the tires through first & grab second my e.t's go down & mph goes up.. i used to launch @ 4500 too when my turbo was stock
