I would suggest calling forced performance in order to actually speak to someone there about your particular turbo. At this time as far as I know these turbo's are in high demand and there for so are the parts. Call forced and talk to someone there. It's better to hear an answer directly from the source anyways.

The Green arrived at Forced Performance on Monday, or it arrived at your house?

Usually takes around 4 weeks or so for the exchange program...

I would just buy a new 20G and then when you get it just sell your EVO IX turbo.

For the people with evo8 is $999, evo9 turbo $849. What is suggest doing so you have no down time with your car is actually paying the $300 core charge. So you pay $1300, they will send you the FPGREEN, install it and send them yours back...now if you send them evo8 you get $300 back and if you send back evo9 you get back$450.....is that simple........and yes, turn around time is 3 to 4 weeks!

$1k for those with an VIII turbo?? That's A LOT cheaper than the 20g-LT sold on the Buschur site for $1700, someone please explain!

Hes talking about with a core. So if you send in your evo8 turbo, you only pay the 1k.

Im thinking the 850 plus core charge is a better way to go, I was just going to pay the 1700 for the new one then sell mine. But IX turbos are only going for about 600, so I would lose 200 going that route. I'll just pay the core charge then send mine back to them.

The one Buschur's site is new. The one for 1k from FP is your 8 turbo upgraded to a a 20GLT.
