Full Race Gt37 Turbo & Manifold - Dyno Sheet

I tuned a car with an AEM EMS yesterday which really impressed me

The mods included

Full Race Gt37R Turbo Kit
Intake Manifold with accufab T/B
Stock head
Valve springs and 280 HKS cams
Wiesco pistons 2.0 L
Rods
1,000 injectors
Fuel rail
HKS Twin fire
AEM EMS
Large fuel pump with -8 lines
3" exhuast
SMC Alchy Kit and Race Gas C 16

Undisclosed high boost level

I really liked the Full Race manifold - its really well made and it seems to be worth a few extra whp over some of the other kits - (at least based upon my testing on this one car - hard to draw any significant conclusions without more testing)

IMHO This car could have made another 20 - 30 whp with better, more agressive cams and a head job.

Still, its very impressive machine to me.

I am enjoying the tuning of the AEM EMS on more cars lately. We have more work to finsih on this car, a few odds and ends to tweak and some driveability work next week, then hopefully it will hit the track, should be a solid 9 sec car.

That looks like one really laggy turbo. I assume he is going to rev it beyond 8K. Big power # though, looks like fun when boost hits.
p.s. Can you check your pm's please.

The car can rev to 10,000 although the turbo will run out of steam a bit by that high an rpm

I would say that once he hits full boots shifting at 9,000 rpms he will be on full power all the way down the track

Its like a GT35r only with more kick

Wow that is a lot of power... it is a shame that David B's street car is making much more power and has full boost at 5300 rpm. That modified 35R is quite a turbo DB has figured out.

DB is testing it. Forced Performance is creating it and "figuring it out".

Well AL mentioned that the car could uses some head work, which tells me it's not 100% fully built. DB car is one bad bish, and he also has everything he offers off his shelf in his car. I'm pretty sure this car has a lot of room for improvement !

This car has drop in pistons and rods - stock bottom end - stock heads - stock valves

It could do a lot better with other cams like the ones Buschur sells

of course this car wont make the same power as david's rs - how could it

The customer does not even have any Buschur Parts

I bet we could make 10 whp just on the BR exhuast test

108% duty cycle - the alchy is helping - but more injector is needed
