o2 problem

hey guys, got a problem....i installed the o2 simulator about 2 weeks, soldered and everything, works fine, the lights blinking....but as im down to my last 1/4 of gas the SES light comes on.....ok so i filled up and reset the ECU, then after driving 10 miles on the new tank, SES comes back on again....same thing happened again this week.....the simulator works for about a week and stops after that, i cleaned the rear o2 sensor last week too.....what should i do??.....time for a new O2 sensor??

did you try to pull the code and see what it is? you can't assume it is the O2 sensor when the engine light come on.
