i searched but found no answer... will the fan come on with the car just idling? the fan behind the bumper obvious does while idle but what about the pull fan? is that for AC use only?

do u mean the fan between the radiator and the engine? if so then yes it does come on at idle if the temp gets to high

 

The pull fan is the radiator fan. So it should come on occasionally. The push fan is the A/C fan. It should run when the A/C is on. The A/C is on if the heater is set to defrost so you might want to check for this.
