Fuel System mods to support 400+ WHP on EVO

I noticed that many people are running 12.0-12.5's

Whats the minimum I need to support 400+ WHP on the EVO?

255LPH fuel pump? 550CC injectors?
Fuel controller?
FPR?
Fuel rail?

Whats the minimun I could get away with?

Pressure regulator, pump and a fuel controller.

Ultimate Racing has 75lb injectors for the Evo already. On their site.
