Shifter bushings?

I'm curious to hear which brand and type of shifter bushing folks are using and their overall level of satisfaction. I don't care if you have underhood bushings, shifter base bushings or both. Tell me what you think.

I have kartboy shifter base bushings and they made shifting tighter and gave more feeling to it. I recommend it. Easy install too.

They are all about the same. The aluminum ones are stiffer than the poly ones.

again, they are pretty much all the same.. Poly ones give more than metal.. I personally use Kartboy for the base and Bushur in the underhood... good luck either way.

Don't have any in the base but have the Buschur underhood ones. I like them a lot. Definitely change the feel for the better.

I have the speedsource underhood bushings and the kartboy shifterbase bushings. it's like having a shortshifter, every shift feels more direct.

i recommend doing both!

Yeah, so far i heard shifter bushing and the diff bushings. So your diff doesnt make that klunk noise when your shifting fast.

kartboy base and underhood. definitely an improvement over stock. didn't want the metal ones - there are quite a few threads about them seizing up.

buschur makes some aluminum underhoods(i have a set, just haven't installed yet)or lancershop sells some brass underhoods(supposedly self lubricating).

i have them for the 6-speed, just haven't put them in yet(had em for a few months too ) as far as i've heard, it's a good idea to put some anti-seize on the pins to keep them from seizing up, but they shouldn't unles your cars does alot of sitting. mine gets driven everyday, so it'd be less prone, but i'll throw some anti-seize on em for insurance.
