Quick question about the catalytic converter. .

Hey guys,

Today I was putting on my new exhaust and everything went great. . But then I got to tightening the final bolt (one of the nuts that tighten on the the stud on the cat) and I think the bolt stripped some how. . (because it will only go so tight the just back out. . ) So my question is, will the actual bolts that are attached to the cat just pound out with a hammer? (I'd like to just put new bolts in) Thanks guys!

you will need to tap them out due to them being casted in the original cat. It's not a huge deal, because you can drill them out and use a bolt with nut and fix it easily. Either way you should be fine..
