thats just the cone filter, i'm looking for K&N one since they are great filters. Also 80 looks a bit steep in price.

That is a "K&N" filter w/ bracket that Buscher sells .... do you mean that you are looking for the entiire intake kit from K&N K&N is working on one but they have not released it yet. Other than that ... your other choice is to buy a cone filter from K&N and make your own bracket for it.

Can someone clarify something for me, because this thread has now confused me. Yesterday I purchase the air filter advertised on Buscher. Does the filter come with the adapter to put it on or did I just by a cone filter?

The Buschur cone filter has a 'bracket' connected to its backside; ie, the opening has four bolts and aligns perfectly with the MAS. The RMR filter is actually two pieces; one cone filter, and one bracket for MAS that also has an 'L' piece to bolt to the frame.

Hope this clarifies a bit. If not, I can post a pic of the Buschur filter later today.

Yes but is the Buschur filter a K&N or S&B??? Both companies' filters look very similar in design .... I know that the RMR filter is S&B -- S&B makes a very good filter ... had their 12" cone on my Ford Lightning.

Not sure off the top of my head if filter is K&N or not; looks basically IDENTICAL to the RMR filter from what I remember. Not sure about measurements. I'll look when I get home.

OK, as requested here are the pictures of the Buschur filter.

As you can see, the MAS adapter is actually attached as the bottom of the filter, unlike the RMR where it is two pieces. Both are approx the same size filter. I did not find any markings indicating filter make or manufacturer however.
