Low Vacuum Issue

All of a sudden last night the car just felt sluggish, down low, when I'm just cruising at partial throttle. Never really payed attention to my boost gauge before when I was just cruising or lifting off the throttle, but the vacuum drops to around 25-27ish when I let off sometimes at normal speeds (35mph).

Is it possible theres a boost leak? Seems kind of weird all of a sudden. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is I got a bad tank of gas or something, because I had just filled up earlier that afternoon. Car still goes into boost fine. Hopefully someone will have some input or experience. Car is stock w/ a turbo-back, never had this issue before.

Yeah I just get picky and I like to be on top of things when it comes to my car. I'm willing to bet it might be gas, but we'll see. Anyone else have any suggestions? Thanks for the input btw.

the question is what is your vaccum at idle? what mods do you have? if i let off the gas and coasting in gear my vaccum can read 25 or so, but at idle my vaccum is around 17.

sounds like good vacuum, mine is less b/c of cams, more vacuum is good at idle.

Pull the spark plugs and have a look...

so you guys are saying that about 19-20 in/hg is normal at idle?

i noticed mine dipping to mid 20ish when coming off the throttle. i had just installed a LICP and took it out for a ride and i could have sworn that i heard a light pop sound from around the driver side. i was making a right hand turn exiting a subdivison when i heard it. so i was pretty much down shifting (not boosting)getting ready to stop. i had took a look at the boost guage (prosport mechanical) and when i had let off the gas it dipped to around 21-25 in/hg or so. the factory gauge is pretty much dead on as well.

i had tried to boost not knowing if the licp pop off or not but i boosted in third for a quick minute or so and seemed to hold boost. oh the LICP didnt pop off either.

i could swear that i remember seeing the vaccum at about the 11-15 in/hg range. any thoughts?
