do i need injectors

my set up is this tbe, evc boost controller, downpipe, o2 housing, headers, fuel pump, 272 cams, air intake, hks bov, stage 2 clutch, i blew my head gasket-so i now have a thicker one. stock turbo, stock intercooler, stock intake manifold. my car was custom tuned.psi at 21.5. i blew the head gasket when one of my hoses on my boost controller got loose and the boost flew to 36 then i had a fuel cut. i no that the new head gasket made the comperssion ratiolower making my car slower. so i have to get it retuned but i know i can run more boost now. the problem is how much boost on my stock turbo also am i going to need bigger injectors. i know a bigger turbo would make more sense but ill just beable to afford the retune after all the **** i put in my car.

with the stock 2.0 there is already preatty much no lag on the tiny *** stock turbo.
with a 2.3 and all forged internally your really giving up so much with the stock turbo. i mean even with the stock 2.0 the tiny stock turbo cant even keep up with the flow of the engine to maintain boost at the upper rpms.

I disagree. the stock intercooler is great for the stock turbo. Upgrading intercooler is one of the last things you really need to do on stock turbo.

Stock intercooler after 2 to 3 runs goes into heat soak....
You can also see difference in intake temperatures...
