Ok, so I was going to get my stock exhaust manifold ported and coated, and get the invidia cast o2 housing and coat it, but a guy at a local shop here told me that I wouldn't gain much from this, and told me I might want to go with a bigger intercooler instead. With my mods (listed in my sig) what do you guys think I would benifit most from? Thanks in advance for all replies

 

Wrong. Stock FMIC is good for 400whp (more of a last mod than a middle mod). The ported and coated exh. mani will get you some power.

keep the stock IC until you upgrade the turbo

 

ya you proably would not even notice a diffrence if u put on a bigger intercooler.you will proably loos tourque..if u want good power get cams and a tune...

a tune was next on my list, but I wanted to get a few more things done before I did a mail in flash. I somewhat want to keep my stock cams, just cause I heard aftermarket cams put a lot of ware and stress on the engine. I mean, would some HKS 272's do any harm? srry for the newb question..just don't wanna mess anything up.

Cams are not totally needed. A good tune on the other hand is. No they will not mess anything up (when they are installed right...).

PS - get a MBC.
