Definitely sounds like a installation issue. It shouldn't be making those sounds in neutral, regardless if the slave/master cylinder is leaking. Take off the tranny and have a look.

Two of the bolts SNAPPED off?! Why are you even asking us if there is something wrong when you already know exactly what is wrong? If any bolts are missing from the pressure plate, the throw out bearing will not evenly engage the fingers, and it will emit a really nasty noise.

The bolt head that snapped off most likely would do no damage. Most of time if anything breaks inside the bell housing, gravity does it's job and pulls it to the floor of the bell housing out of the way of the spinning flywheel/clutch assembly. You should fine
