opinions on my plugs?

10K miles on the car. Mods listed below. Cold compression check gives 142, 141, 146, 145 psi. Gaps are #1=0.022", #2=0.024", #3=0.024, #4=0.024". In my experience, the plugs look pretty good except #3 is a bit on the gray side on the insulator. I am a bit curious about the blackish color on the sides of the ground straps on #1 and #4. The black color not as obvious in the pics as I had hoped. Its a shiney black. And the insulator on #2 is a little more white than the others.

2-4 are burning lean. #1 is o.k. though. Need less boost or more fuel.
