I'd like to know what the main factor is that contributes to that ridiculously flat power curve after it spools up. Is that the COP system allowing it to get full sparks in the upper range?

The power just keeps climbing on this car and that is why the torque is also/flat or climbing.

The car is going to be rediculous.

The impressive part of all this is the boost levels I am running. The 91 tune was done with only 21 psi and the pump/alky was only at 28 psi.

This car is mean.

We can into some problem at the end of the day. Actually from the time the car started something wasn't quite right. Seemed like a bad regulator (stock). It was quite a crappy morning trying to figure it out. Seemed as though the problem was fixed, did the pump and pump/alky tuning and then took a break to drain the fuel and put in C16. When I started again the car went whacky again.

I had to quite. We need to get it up on the lift again and check it out. I have a feeling we have a problem with maybe a smashed fuel line on the car. Something is wrong for sure.............

Hoping for a quick easy find/fix so I can get back on finishing up the car.
david i'm sure the problem will surface......

but my question is, is the stock fpr suffice @ 600+ awhp? or do you feel an adjustable unit is in need or at least recomended?

The stock regulator works great. I run the stock regulator on my RS and it is making 645 whp. No problem.

Car got fixed today. Not sure what the problem was. Fuel lines seemed fine so we pulled both pumps out of the tank and replaced them both. The entire story is long but the bottom line is the car is fixed.

Dyno'd it at 38-39 psi of boost. Made 611 whp, also had a few pulls over 625 whp.

The car is a freak, it is spinning the tires on the dyno pretty hard, which is rather unusual. I ended up taking it off the dyno and will finish it up on the street Mon-Tues.

Car should be down in Texas soon.

I appreciate the car being sent here and letting us do the build for you.

Thank you.

I've never ran into 91 octane in Texas..

I know in Houston they use alot of E10 (10 percent ethanol) but still its 93 octane.

SWEET power though..
