Just look for a basic rather stock looking red Evo that sounds like an F5 tornado.

I put a call into John about what octane he got in Texas. I didn't get a call back in time so I chose to put 91 octane in it. By the time he called I was already starting on the car so I just left the 91. He did say he could get 93. It really wouldn't make much difference.

The impressive part of all this is the boost levels I am running. The 91 tune was done with only 21 psi and the pump/alky was only at 28 psi.

This car is mean.

We can into some problem at the end of the day. Actually from the time the car started something wasn't quite right. Seemed like a bad regulator (stock). It was quite a crappy morning trying to figure it out. Seemed as though the problem was fixed, did the pump and pump/alky tuning and then took a break to drain the fuel and put in C16. When I started again the car went whacky again.

I had to quite. We need to get it up on the lift again and check it out. I have a feeling we have a problem with maybe a smashed fuel line on the car. Something is wrong for sure.............

Hoping for a quick easy find/fix so I can get back on finishing up the car.
