whats the difference and do they make same power

Pretty sure the piping is the same but the filter is different. My guess is marketing rather than performance.

so if i get the super mega flow, can i just buy the RS filter and it would be the same as the HKS RS

I actually have the Buschur filter kit. If I knew what I do now, I would have just bought a K&N drop in.

The SMF Reloaded is just the HKS filter (green) and MAF adapter. The HKS RS includes the same parts as the SMF kit but with a higher flowing (less filtration) filter (yellow) and it replaces the factory accordian style rubber hose between the MAF and the turbo inlet with a larger than stock polished hardpipe.

THE RS replaces the intake pipe from MAF > Turbo with a Hardpipe. The other is only a Filter and MAF Adapter.

The SMF kit comes with a 3 layer dry filter element, and RS comes with a 2 layer wet element filter which has less restriction, but also less filtration.
