Is the RnR HKS Carbon Ti authentic?

Is the RnR HKS Carbon Ti TBE have an authentic HKS muffler?? Or is it "HKS style"?

It's bigger than a normal HKS carbon ti so it made me wonder...

Maybe they are buying a universal HKS carbon-Ti muffler and attaching it to their steel piping, whereas the HKS system uses a muffler specifcally for the evo in that application?

I DO NOT BELEAVE HKS MAKES UNIVERSAL CARBON MUFFLERS. and its not carbon ti. its carbon. the ti is for the hks titanium piping and carbon for carbon fiber muffler. hence hks carbon ti.

HKS Carbon Ti exhaust is not a full Ti system. Their piping are still constructed with Stainless Stell piping. The canister are wraped with Carbon and the tip are Ti.

When HKS first introduce this exhause, it was just the canister alone and then they started to make application for it.

Yes, the muffler is the only titanium part on either setup.

Yes, the RNR exhaust uses a real HKS Carbon-ti muffler.

Exactly. That's why its not super expensive like the Greddy Ti.

I seen a small hks carbon ti muffler on display but the rnr one looks the same but its ALOT bigger. The hks carbon ti is said to taper less than 3inches, the rnr version is said to not therefore being better (correct me if I'm wrong).

Which one is the knockoff? and do either say hks on the muffler? I'm just curious because my friend might buy one and he cant post here yet
