could a bov recirculation bung too close to the compressor side cause a problem?

could a bov recirculation bung too close to the compressor side cause a problem?

say i put a bov bung on my intake right next to the turbo compressor side, could this cause surge or any type of problem?

you want the BOV to be as close to the throttle plate as possible. With that said...... put the BOV on the upper IC pipe, after the intercooler.
