The first thing you have to figure out is what application are you building up for? Street use only, drag racing, or road racing? Once you know that, it will start to narrow down your choices. The way I see it right now:

Stock turbo on pump gas with all kinds of supporting mods will maybe push 340 whp. Nice street setup, but you're starting to push the turbo out of its efficiency range, so YMMV.

FP Green on pump gas will probably max out under 400 whp, but will have very good initial torque - my vote for street driven, ditto for drag racing

AMS 50 trim will make anywhere from 380 whp on up, depending on your supporting mods. Will spool anywhere from 300-500 RPM later than the FP Green, will make less initial torque. If you're willing to spend the $$, makes a killer road race setup. It's what I currently run.

Twin scroll GT30 (Full Race?) - Haven't see any hard numbers on this one yet, just rumours, but I'm thinking that by the end of the year this will be the setup to have for pump-gas and road race setups.

Not sure why you wouldn't want to run cams. GSC S1 cams are very nice on an IX.
