So who does BUILD the top cars..??
Because that has a lot of other factors involved outside of the build of the car. Also, BR has done very well with road racing. AMS has done even more but puts a lot more time and money into it. They also hire professional drivers, so it's a completely different ballgame.
Well lets look at a wide spectrum and not just the EVO...
The fastest AWD 4g63 in the world is none other than John Shepherd...and he uses a Buschur built motor....

This is a bad idea for a thread as it look almost intended to start fights. I deleted a number of posts headed in that direction. This thread has exactly once chance to continue or its gone. Keep it on topic and positive and keep in mind the thread is you opinion of who makes the best....not who doesn't. First sign of this getting out of line again and it will be closed or removed
