its too hot in Dubai
you need to improve the cooling , to have reliable power
bigger IC
meth kit
AMS turbo kit
cosworth head
you can have a 430-450 whp car that is reliable in the heat

If your gonna stick to 450whp i dont think you need to build your block. But if you still want to build it then put in something good like a 35R.....
As for the tune you could go with a Apexi Power FC De-Jectro.I think you can tune it your self......better then paying 800$ for a tune....

First, he has an intercooler. Its a greddy, so not the best imo, but he has one. And how do turbo kits and cosi heads improve cooling for that matter? Improve flow, yes. Cooling? hell no.
He said he didnt want to run meth. I respect that, especially since hes running 95 octane full time anyway.
Care to be any more general here? AMS turbo kit? So if he bought a full race or buschur setup, that isnt up to par? And what size turbo do you suggest, since that WAS the original question. Nothing against AMS by any means, they make great stuff. If I could, I would buy a 35r from them in a second. Just sayin there IS other ways to skin a cat.
Cosworth head? are you serious? For one he has cams already, and theres many posts about how ported heads dont add much power. On top of that, its an IX, so does cosi even do mivec heads yet? Probably, since they make cams for mivec (mine arrived yesterday
) but I havent seen one yet. On top of that, your talking a TON of money for something that can be done at a local machine shop for a LOT cheaper. Cosi only sells a complete head, no core required. So you pay for it bigtime. You cant tell me you wouldnt feel bad if this poor guy listened to you, went and blew a couple g's and didnt substantially gain much hp. Think before you give parts advice, or do your own homework to know what works before you go spouting stuff off.

yeah...i think thats gonna be my next addition..a 20glt/Works ported TB and a more aggressive tune...i think that will give me a little bit more power for the mean time...
thanks for the advice boys..but would the price difference between the 20glt and any 50 trim kit justify the gains? i dont think so.
any news on buschurs BB 50 trim? i tried searching but couldnt find a thing.

that are good numbers mashala! might want to pass the number of that tuner to me maybe he would pay a visit to Kuwait!
Btw what you have in dubai is the same fuel we have in Kuwait. It's 98 RON and not Octane. It's equivilant to 93 US Octane and not 94 95.
Just wanted to let you know.
