god damn! 3 month wait??!?

 

Lancershop has them on their web site and claims to have them waiting in stock but you know how that can go sometimes.

 

I think FP just doesnt have their hands on enough IX turbos to make the Evo Green fast enough for the huge demand.

The port job from FP is basically a gasket match on the turbine housing inlet, matching it to the exhaust manifold/turbine housing gasket. It's a bit of a stretch to call it a porting job.

 

I just got mine 2 days ago after nearly a 3 month wait. Hang in there a bit longer.

 

is there is still a wait on these?

 

we must depend on the evo9 owners to do an exhange,so they could make more greens.

 

Exchanges take too much time..........Better to order an LT, then sell the current IX turbo to someone.............People had already asked to buy mine before I even bought the LT.

 

that was already sold, I asked last week. . .

 

the only problem with that is we can well it for $500... then it ends up costing us $1200... if i could get 700 for my turbo then i dont care if i spend another $150 extra for it....

I know of a shop that has/had one. Not sure if they still have it or not but its worth a call.

Its the exact same turbo, just with Buschurs support. Ive been waiting for mine for over 3 months aswell. It doesnt matter who you get it from, its going to take you 3 months regardless of what you are told. I was originally quoted 2-3 weeks, which is just rediculous compared to reality. There just arent enough turbine housings for the demand.

 

I actually pulled the trigger on a new Green from a vendor outta FL on EBAY! It has 10.5 hotside and is ported with the upgarded actuater and paid $1709 shipped I just seen one on there today for a buy it now price but would be werry of the seller. I actually, tried to buy from him but he wouldn't respond so I cancelled and purchased elsewhere!
