Real quick, 780cc or 880cc for 50 trim/100% meth on stock ECU? Just want to know what to do, about to order some tomorrow.

I agree about going bigger. If you ever run e85, you'll need at least the biggest you listed and probably a little bigger.
It won't matter except that the smaller injectors are a little easier to tune. Even with the 780s and C16, you won't make enough power to outrun them.
With methanol, you wouldn't even be able to push 680s to the limit.
IF you ever went to E85, 880cc wouldn't be big enough anyway.
